Positive: Was as in photos location was good bathrooms were lovely. Beds were very comfortable
Negative: TV didn’t work BBQ was unusable as it was rusty. Dishwasher was greasy and dirty we spent an hour scrubbing it but we’re still unable to use. No instructions for appliances. Downstairs bedroom (we didn’t use) was damp and dingy. Blue mountain stays were very good at sending some body out. The roadworks made access more difficult but not their fault

Positive: Location was great, close proximity to nearby hotel for attending a family wedding. Beds were very comfortable.
Negative: Feel incredibly deceived at the reviews for the property on this site, we have since read Airbnb reviews which I would suggest anyone looking to stay reads. The property is in a terrible state. Needs a MASSIVE and I mean MASSIVE declutter and deep clean. It’s grubby and mouldy. Kitchen is yuck, fat was dripping down the stove exhaust vents, the fridge exterior is ick and the water filter needs replacing so don’t drink from it! Not good when you feel the need to wash every dish before you use it. Downstairs blinds keep falling down, it’s hard to lock the doors, there’s a random dirty gym mat on the floor as you exit the bathroom, the bathroom sliding door is covered in black mould. Mould on main entry curtains. BBQ’s aren’t usable, outdoor areas were a mess, tiles and skirtings loose or off walls. So much potential but needs lots of love!

Positive: It was really a fantastic house, absolutely nicely arranged, where we could spend an unfortunately extremely rainy weekend with friends with a lot of laughter , cooking and board games!
Negative: Would need a really good clean in some spaces, bathrooms and beds were very clean. Some replacements of cooking tools in the kitchen would also be appreciated.
Summary: Overall we loved the house and our stay and can highly recommend it!
